The brief description of the program:

The program is made specially for providers, that using different connections for 
Day and Night time. From current time itself selects the necessary connection and 
tries connect with help of it. Except for that it carries on statistics of 
connections( beginning, end and duration of connection). Duration is customized.
For convenience of usage of program put shortcut into the Autoload menu. 
For connect/disconnect it's necessary to click(for disconnect - double click) on icon of the 
program in system tray. Context menu is called by clicking right mouse button.

Version 1.11:
	 - The mode "Log" which allows to view a log of connections
	 - Possibility of review of day time and night connections both separately, and together

Version 1.12:
	 - Now interface of the program in Russian and English languages. 
	 - The mode "Log" shows also time of events
	 - In statistics are added Received, Transferred, Total graphs (show,
	   how many it was received, transferred and total KB of the information), Speed
	   (connections speed), IP (displays yours IP) 

Version 1.13: 
	 - Possibility of saving Log of connections. 
	 - Some defects which were in version 1.12 are corrected

Version 1.14: 
	 - For prevention casual break of connection, disconnect from provider 
	   executed by a double click on an icon of the program in system tray. 
	 - Now it is possible to see how many kilobytes(megabytes) of information was 
	   received, transmitted and total.
	 - Some small changes. :-)

Version 1.15:
	 - Appearance of the program is slightly changed.
	 - Beside time statistics screen shows date of connections.
	 - Statistic is sorted by day and night connections in alphabetic order (in previous 
	   versions night connections are simple added in the end of day connections).
	 - Now its possible to resize or maximize program. 

Version 1.16:
	 - Fixed some bugs with statistics screen.
	 - Now it's possible to use connection which will be used for 24-hours connection for 
	   Saturday and Sunday.
	 - You can see current information receive and transmit status (Kb/sec) in the Status Bar.
	 - "Clear statistic" now deletes separately day time, night time, 24-hours or ALL 
	   statistics.

Version 1.17:
	 - Now you can deactivate DayOff connection and use Day-Night only.

Version 1.18:
	 - Now You can limit your Internet response time. 
	 - Corrected some bugs with sorting.
	 - Pop-up hints are translated.
	 - Some small changes.

Version 1.19:
	 - Now it's possible to delete connection session (right click on Statistic).
	 - Now you can clear the Log screen (right click on Log). 
	 - Fixed some bugs.

Version 1.20:
	 - Now you can use Schduler that can help you to launch selected application after
	   connection established.
	 - Added "Floating Window" mode that shows current connection statistic. It has small 
	   size and always stay on top of other windows.  
	 - It's possible to delete selected session from statistic screen (right click on statistic).

Version 1.21:
	 - Some small changes.
	 - Fixed some errors with disconnect command in Windows XP
	 - Fixed log messages in Windows XP

Version 2.0:
	 - correct work under Windows XP including Themes Manifest.
	 - Fixed bug with increasing of the program memory size (volume of the program in 	   
	   memory Was directly proportional to the traffic wound by you)
	 - The option added "Redial if disconnected"
	 - "Holidays Mode" added. In this mode it will be used for dialing round-the-clock 
	   connection. Holidays can be changed. By default they are absent.
	 - Now its possible to copy to clipboard client/server IP for further use.
	 - Some fine changes.

Version 3.0b3:
	 - Under numerous requests function of calculation of cost in an Internet of time 
	   under the set tariff is added.
	 - one more Is added окошко statistics which appears at the established connection.

Version 3.0b4:
	 - The glitch with calculation of the sum of money Is corrected.
	 - Some fine changes.

Version 3.1:
	 - In floating window statistics fields the SUM and a CONNECTION showing the sum and
	   connection speed. 

Version 3.2:
	 - Some fine changes.
	 - The bug with loss pop-up windows when openly a window of statistics Is corrected. 

Version 3.3:
	 - The delay in 3 seconds between dialing is added (its absence resulted to 
	   lag of the program).
	 - Some fine changes.

Version 3.31:
	 - Fixed bug with sheduler while trying to launch programs.
